Our Orion Mens Urban Puffer is one of our cosiest and most environmentally friendly jackets yet! Filled with 100% recycled synthetic fill, it’s the first of its kind in the Rainbird range! We’ve included clever features such as stretch cuffs and an adjustable hood to make sure you stay warm and protected, regardless of if you’re commuting to work in the early hours or heading out on a weekend away.
All our puffers are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 approved, meaning no nasty chemicals – every thread, button, zipper and lining has been tested for harmful substances, providing you with confidence and trust along with great quality and design.
Last but not least, the Orion is part of our STOWseries and can be packed into it’s own internal pocket, making it the perfect travel pillow for those long trips when you need to catch some z’s.

Orion is a unique puffer jacket- most puffer types are bulky by nature but Orion is specially designed to be sleek on the outside and the “puff” on the inside. There are two massive internal storage areas, perfect for maps however the ventilating holes on the bottom meant I am cautious of storing smaller objectslike coins. In terms of warmth, I give it 10/10. The jacket was processed within 24 hours and delivery took less than a week. Overall, I am happy with Orion jacket and Rainbird for their speedy customer processing time.
Really great Jacket, love the sizing and design
Jacket arrived quickly, very worried about the zipper though, I thought it should have been more heavy duty than it was, been stuck twice now
Great coat for my hubby
Great jacket, smart design makes it easy to stow away, very good body coverage, especially at the rear, so you can bend and sit with-out exposing your lower back. Looks nice, plenty of pockets to protect valuables like mobile phone or wallet. Feels comfortable and warm, although have not put it to the test in any really cold weather yet, so should really reserve judgment till I do but I am confident it will be great. Only reason I did not score it a 5 is because the package it was delivered in was hard to open, which meant out came the scissors to cut open what was essentially a big card board envelope and even though I was careful to cut right at the top of the envelope, part of the jacket occupied the space I cut and sure enough I cut into my brand new jacket…yes it was my fault but seriously there needs to be a better way to pack it so that you can easily access it with out resorting to cutting. Keep this in mind if you do purchase one, otherwise I highly recommend this product.
