Rainbird is passionate about providing quality outdoor gear for travel and adventure that is made to last. We're confident that you'll love our products, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered. Take a look at our returns policies, along with instructions on how to return items, provided below.
If you happen to change your mind, receive the wrong product, or accidentally order the wrong size, no worries! We will happily refund your purchase providing:
- The items are returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned in original condition as received, in original packaging with all labels/hangtags attached.
- Garments must not have been worn.
- Returns will be refunded minus the original postage cost you paid when placing your order. Please ensure you obtain the proof of postage until it arrives back with us. Refunded postage cost is not valid on rest of world refunds.
- In the rare event that you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item please contact us at sales@texhouse.com.au with your Order Number and an image of the fault.
- Please note we do not offer refunds on Clearance items (with the exception of damaged or faulty items, or if you have received the incorrect item)
This policy only applies to items purchased through our online store. Products purchased via a stockist/marketplace must be returned to the place of purchase.
Once your parcel has been received, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed (excluding postage costs). It may take an additional 4-5 business days for the refund to be credited against your original payment method. Processing times for exchanges or refunds may take longer during sale periods.
Good news! We've got FREE returns at Rainbird. If you need to return an item to us by post for a refund, simply follow these steps:
For Australia
- Repack your item securely with durable packaging, along with the Pick Slip which includes your order number. Without the Pick Slip we will be unable to attribute the order and will be unable to process the return.
- Post it back to us using our prepaid returns address: Reply Paid 84272, Textile House, C/O Click 3PL, 57 Barclay Road, Derrimut, VIC, 3026, AUSTRALIA
For USA
- If you would like to return your product please use the contact form. Please include your name, email address and order number and a member of our customer care team will be in touch with a prepaid returns label.
- Repack your item securely with durable packaging and post it back to us using the provided returns label
- Returns will be refunded minus the postage cost you paid when placing your order. Please ensure you obtain the proof of postage until it arrives back with us.
Once we get your package, we'll quickly process your refund according to our policies. Easy-peasy!
If your item arrives to us damaged, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to track your return. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.
If you require an alternative product, you will need to make a separate online purchase.
For New Zealand & International returns please contact us using the contact form. Please include your name, email address and order number and a member of our customer care team will be in touch.

Please allow up to 21 business for our warehouse to receive your international return. Additionally, please allow three business days from the date of receipt for your return to be processed in our system. Once processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
If you return a purchase made by a gift card, we will give you a replacement gift card to the value of the purchased item.
For online purchases that use a combination of payment methods (e.g. gift card and credit card), the value for each tender will be placed against the original payment method, with the balance being refunded to the gift card first.
Rainbird gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other tenders.
