    Purchased two coats separately and on both occasions l had extremely good service. When ringing got all answers given straight away, and could not believe that l got them delivered so quickly, what great service

    I’m always nervous buying on line sight unseen but the coat exceeded expectations. The sizing is spot on, it’s beautifully made and has extra zips and seals to keep me dry and warm. The lining is very warm so it’s perfect for my winter trip to NZ. All in all a great coat and half the price of inferior coats I tried on in some of the ‘adventure’ stores.

    How Good Is That !!

    A great coat at a good price.

    Even better because there was a problem with two clips of about six on the hood.

    I suggested to Rainbird that I would take the coat ( I liked the colour) notwithstanding the fault - just reduce the price a bit.

    They refunded the full purchase price and said I could keep the coat.
